Melting Snowman #2

This sweet little guy is melting...
Frosty the melting snowman is a vintage inspired Snowman.
He is made of spun cotton.
Spun cotton is a traditional method, originating in 19th-century Germany, for making small toys and decorations. Thin layers of cotton are applied, adhering to the base with a glue mixture. After the piece was dried I hand-painted snowman with acrylic paints.
He has a hand painted face. He has stems for arms and is holding a broom and green faux wreath with red gingham ribbon. His scarf is made of a blue wool. I made his top hat from card board painted black and sprinkle of mica. He has tiny black buttons for coal.
Snowman piece is sprinkled with mica.
